Complete ripoff

Ive never reviewed an app before. Ive also never paid money for an app and NEVER been able to even sign in! Its like throwing money in the trash! Cant sign in through facebook because it says user not found, when I sign in it says invalid name or password, I reset my password and the same thing. So I created a new account and it just goes to a black screen. I demand a refund or I will report!
